Is it durable for daily office use?
Yes. With normal use and proper care, the whiteboard surface is reusable for hundreds of write-and-erase sessions across many months of daily use. Our own notebook has been in active use for 7+ months and counting. It is made for repeated writing, erasing, planning, reminders, meetings, task lists, and desk notes that change throughout the day.
What if my team doesn't end up using them?
Most teams settle into the routine within the first week — once a few desks have one, the rest usually want one too. If a notebook isn't being used at one desk, it works fine as a personal desk tool, a meeting room board, or a kids' homework surface at home. The product itself doesn't go to waste.
Does it erase cleanly or stain?
It erases cleanly with dry-erase pens and the included cloth. To keep the surface in long-term shape: use dry-erase markers only, erase within 24 to 48 hours, and clean with the included cloth or a slightly damp microfiber cloth at the end of the day. Avoid leaving writing on for several days — that's when ghosting can start.
Can different desks use different colors?
Yes. Write your color split in the order note, for example: 3 black covers for reception, 9 navy for admin. You can also message us on WhatsApp for help before ordering.
Do you accept purchase orders or company invoices?
Yes. Use the office order note or message us on WhatsApp with your company name, branch, and tax/VAT details if needed.
What if a notebook arrives damaged or with a faulty pen?
Tell us within 7 days on WhatsApp and we’ll replace any damaged item from your office bundle.
How long for orders of 50 notebooks or more?
Standard stocked office bundles usually deliver in 2–5 days. For 50+ notebooks, we confirm timing on WhatsApp before payment.
