Returns and Policies

Return window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Item condition

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.

Replacement policy

Approved cases are handled with product replacement only. Cash refunds are not provided for returned items.

Shipping and approval

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non refundable. All requests are reviewed before approval.
