Incorrect address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. StudentPal is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

Delays
While we do our best to deliver on time, StudentPal is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or events outside our control.

Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.
