What products are available? +
We currently offer the Mini Pocket Thermal Printer (ink-free printing), the Reusable Whiteboard Notebook with marker and cloth, and 57 mm thermal paper refills. Student bundles return as stock allows.
How do I connect the printer to my phone? +
Download the free app WalkPrint on iOS or Android. Turn on Bluetooth, open the app, pair your Mini Printer once, and start printing notes, to-do lists, or study templates directly from your phone.
Does it need ink or toner? +
No. The Mini Printer uses thermal paper technology — no cartridges, no mess. Just insert a 57 mm roll and print instantly. Refills are always available in our store.
How long does delivery take in Lebanon? +
Orders usually arrive within 2 to 3 business days. Cash on Delivery is accepted nationwide, and you’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp message once your order is on the way.
What if something goes wrong? +
If an item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or store credit. Keep your packaging for verification. Wear or accidental damage isn’t covered.
