RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
At StudentPal, we aim to provide reliable study tools and a smooth customer experience. Please review our policy below before placing an order.
Returns
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must:
- be unused
- be in its original packaging
- be in the same condition it was received
Items that have been used, opened in a way that affects resale, damaged by misuse, or returned incomplete are not eligible.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a short explanation of the issue
- clear photos or videos showing the problem
Once reviewed and approved, StudentPal will provide a replacement item.
Refunds
StudentPal does not offer cash refunds on returned items.
Approved cases are handled through replacement only.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise confirmed by StudentPal.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
